The Mibar (Phase 3) Front Mount Zero-Turn Tank Spray System is an all new design for 2012, making spraying chemicals on to turf as simple as possible. This spray system was developed to take the guess work out of applying chemicals, it's a drop and go unit that can be used by even the most novice of applicators in minutes. All you will have to do once the mount is installed is mix your chemicals and go, the spray system is factory set to apply 1gal of chemical to 1000sq ft area when driving at 3.1 mph (3.1mph is a fast walking speed). Or, double your chemical to water ratio and speed along at 6.2mph when treating larger estates and open acreages.

Not having to tow a trailer and looking over your shoulder to see what is happening behind you allows you to see where you are going and what the sprayer is doing in front of you. Being a drop on unit to our standard zero-turn front mount, the complete tank and boom spray system installs w/ one pin and attaches faster than a pull behind trailer would be connected. The ultra low mount boom and three forward facing, wide angle TeeJet nozzles keep spray drift to an absolute minimum as independent test prove that the lower the nozzle is to the ground the lower the ability for spray drift.

Contractors spraying liquid Herbicides and Fertilizers have the ability to finely tune the needed chemical percentages on-the-fly by adding extra chemical directly to the zero-turns spray tank based on a per yard requirement.

Home Owner will not need to go through a difficult learning curve commonly associated with spray systems by eliminating the need to calibrate and adjust this Phase 3 system.

The actual boom width is held at 43" but the wide angle nozzles give a 13ft total spray width with an effective 11ft uniform pattern requiring a 1ft overlap on each pass.

Why buy a machine that can only spray liquid or spread pellets when you can use your mid-mount or stand on mower to achieve the exact same results?
